- [Narrator] It's a lot of fun when you do extreme, comic acting, and you'll go a little bit over the top. So it's great if the body itself, the character proper, can demonstrate this, but we can add more to it with the secondary elements like clothing and hair. So here's our first pose. We're going to work him into this one. And end here. So, with things like clothing, I want that to sell the emotion of the character. He's sad, he's dejected, he's worried. So the clothing should be droopy. And it doesn't have to be, but if you really want to lay it on a bit thick, this is how we do it. Same with the clothing, if he has a coat, we want it to be droopy and sad, and even his hair can reflect that. And if he-- we can color him, so you can get the sense now. The entire object, even the inanimate parts of the character are now selling his emotions to the audience. And if we give him a hat, well, we can droop that as well. So…
