Add dangles for automated motion
- The use of Dangles allows you to create automatic movements to any part of your character that hangs. (upbeat music) So notice, on my Bob character here, as I move my head around the hair is dangling and moving around on its own. Well, most of it is. One piece is stiff. Let's add a Dangle to that last piece of hair and make it all look great. So, go to our Rig tab, and I have my hair group here. Hair one through five. But one of them is set up different. So, I think it's hair one. Let's see. Select that. Turn on, off, to make sure. Yep, it's hair one. So, the Dangle tool is down here on the bottom. I'm going to select that. But look, it won't let me add a Dangle to this. Why? Because this hair is just a layer, it's not a group. You can only add the physics of Dangle to a group. Never fear, it's easy to add. So, I can go to Puppet, and I'm going to click Group Layers, or use Control-G on a PC or Command-G on a Mac. Automatically makes a group with one element in it. And, the crown to…
