Adjusting the roughness - Substance Designer Tutorial

Adjusting the roughness
What we need to do is to modulate The first are the form tie centers. the existing shape and tile generator. the existing shape as the background. So I have two discs overlaid. It's fairly smooth leading down to the form tie In this case I'll bring down the output white so overall it gets darker, and that's actually pretty good. We can adjust the incoming gray if need be to darken the middle even further, and I'll make it fairly smooth by swinging it to the right so it's actually darker. by swinging it to the right so it's actually darker. This then is that uniform roughness for the two parts of my form tie. for the two parts of my form tie. Now I'll take my tile generator and duplicate it and piping in this new form tie in here. and piping in this new form tie in here. Now what I've got is a uniform white with Now what I've got is a uniform white with my dark center, but it's in the wrong order. my dark center, but it's in the wrong order. What I need…
