Animating natural effects straight ahead

- [Instructor] Let's take a very quick look at animating natural effects. Now, this is not going to be anything more than a very brief coverage of this, so the first thing to remember about natural effects is they're not just cool-looking blobby shapes. They do have form, in this case as you can see I've constructed this splash around a little figure eight loop on the other side, so it's a three dimensional object that you're drawing even though it's a flat design. The same thing goes for clouds, they are three dimensional objects so your design should try to capture some of that. So this is an animation that I did for my recent music video for Alan Parsons and this is a very dramatic scene where we have this stormy sea behind him as he was sailing by himself through the ocean.
