Creating a 3D fluid container for clouds

- [Instructor] No outdoor scene is complete without atmosphere. In this chapter, we'll add clouds. We'll do that using the Maya Fluid Shape Node. And that will be found in FX menu set. Choose FX, and we have the Fluids menu here. In this case we're going to be using the 3D container to create a volumetric texture. We're not actually going to be doing any kind of fluid or liquid simulation. We go into the menus and choose 3D Container, options and because we're not doing any dynamic simulation, we want to turn off the option to add an emitter. Disable that, and click Apply and Close. The fluid Shape Node is created at the origin and it's very small. It's selected, let's rename it. We'll call it clouds fluid. To make it larger we'll want to go into its attributes. So, open the Attribute Editor with Control + A, and at the top we have Container Properties. Let's increase the size in X, Y and Z. So, to the size X to…
