- [Instructor] There are of course, many considerations that need to be taken into account, when creating Real-Time assets. One of the more important being the choice of whether we are to create detail in our scene at the geometry or texture level. In other words, we will need to decide what will actually be modeled into the Static Mesh now, with DCC application, and what will be added or faked as part of the material creation process. Now, the decision as to which way we actually go, will of course, vary greatly from project to project, and probably also from mesh to mesh inside a given project. Here though, are just a few points that we need to keep in mind that can on occasion, help us decide which way we ought to go. The first being a consideration of just how important the object under discussion is to the success of either the shot or projects that we are working on.
