Hide and show objects

- [Instructor] If we want to we can also hide and show objects so that they don't display and this can be done on an object by object basis. So here we have our tray with some donuts on it. And if we go into the outliner you'll see that we have all of these different objects. Now let's say I wanted the donuts not to show up. Well, I can certainly shift select all of these and if I want to, I can hide them. So under display we have what's called a hide menu and we can hide the selection or those things that are not selected. So in this case, I'm going to hide the selection. And when I do look what happens, all of these objects are grayed out and that means that they are hidden. Now the only place we can see them is in the outliner. And if I were to select one of these you'll also notice that in the channel box for this object we have visibility is off. Now I can go into display show, show selection, or show last hidden.…
