- [Instructor] Now we'll take a look at the jog cycle and just any differences that there might be between that and the walk. Let's have a look. So our walk, our jog, and our run. Now, again I have courses in the library dealing with walk cycles and jogs and runs. So if you need nuts and bolts on those, go to those courses. This is basically an overview of how we again apply interactive techniques to making these smooth in a game. So essentially all I did was let's compare the jog directly to the walk cycle. There's our walk. And here's the jog. So I've brought up the arms as you would tend to in a jog. Your arms come up closer to your chest. He tilts forward a little bit and instead of walking on the beat where he does one full step every second, this cycle through maybe in just two-thirds of a second. So that's a better jog speed.
