Layers don't track with head

- When you first import a Photoshop or an Illustrator file in to Character Animator, you may find that some of your layers don't track or move with your head or body groups. Let's take a look at why. (upbeat music) So I just imported a Photoshop file into Character Animator. And while the mouth works perfectly, and I haven't had to do anything, the eyebrows are working perfectly, they're independent. My eyeballs move around. That's great. But the ears are not attached, and neither is the hair. Now there's a few things that are happening here, so let's go take a look. The other thing I want you to notice, when I really move look at what's happening to the eyes. They are being warped. And they're stretching towards the ears. So, the ears, something about the placement of the ears is also distorting the face. Lets see if a couple simple fixes can take care of everything. Let's go into Photoshop.
