Object distorts when dragged
- So, one of your arms warps and distorts whenever you move it. So, what could be the cause? (playful music) So, you're playing with your puppet and you got one limb that works fine and the other one, really not so much. It really looks horrible and distorts all over the place. Well, there could be a few reasons why any object or part of your character warps and there are a few fixes. So, let's go into rig. First thing we want to check is the mesh style. So, I'm going to select my top puppet name and I'm going to click here on this icon for show mesh. Whenever you get a square that comes up or rectangle here, it's trying to warp your puppet according to this entire shape and we don't want that. You want it to be more of a contour. So, if you see that come up, go under layer mesh and instead of auto, which is the default, try doing contour. You see how that follows the shape of the character? That should help a lot.
