- [Instructor] In this movie, I want to show you how I created the animation of this pastiche 1960s character. Now, this was all done in Animate CC, also known as Adobe Flash, but it's similar techniques that you would use in Toon Boom Harmony or any pop-up based system, so this isn't going to be a how to do it course. More like an overview of some of the techniques that I use to give you a general, kind of birds-eye view. So here is the scene and just by itself, there's the empty stage, here is the scene. Let's very quickly note that we're on 24 FPS, if you want to be pure. Honestly, you could do these on 30 if you wanted to, but 24 will look more authentic. So in 24 FPS, we're inside the figure. We have our background. Let's see the background by itself. The background was done in Photoshop. It was not done as a vector drawing because vector just looks flashy. It does not look authentic.
