- [Instructor] I want to talk pretty briefly about strobing. It's a problem that arises on pan scenes when you're moving a character against a panning background, and you're moving at different frame rates. This will probably not be a problem to those of you working with puppet systems or CGI software. But if you are hand drawing your figures, then this could be a big issue for you. So first, let's look at a scene that's working perfectly, and this is a scene where the character is moving at 24 frames per second and the background is also. It looks really nice.
