- [Instructor] In the previous movie, I showed you how to use timing and spacing to make a ball look like it was a soccer ball, or a beach ball, or a metal sphere, and of course the same thing applies probably more typically to clothing and to more every day objects that we encounter. So in this case, three different approaches to the same animation, but to create a feeling of a cape that could be made of a very light silky satin material on the left. Something with a middle level of weight to it like cotton, in the center, and then something really heavy like you think of a king Arthur or some medieval war lord and the kind of, think about somebody from Game of Thrones. You know, one of those kind of very earthy and heavy cloak, and that'll be on the right side. So let's take a look at how we are creating these different feelings with timing and spacing.
