- [Instructor] Another way to attach surfaces is to use the bridge tool. Now this can be found under edit mesh, bridge, and let's take a look at how this works. So I've got actually two objects here. I've got what's going to be a coffee cup and the handle for that coffee cup. Now in order for the bridge tool to work, we do need to combine these as a single object so let's go ahead and select both of those, do a mesh combine. So now when I select this object, I basically get one object, two surfaces. So we need to connect these surfaces together. We can do that using bridge. Now in order for bridge to work, we need two sets of edges. So in this case, I already have the open edges here on the handle. So if I right-click and go into edge mode here and double click on this, you'll see I've got this kind of box or this loop of edges and I want to connect that to this box here but in order for this to really work, I…
