- [Narrator] The standalone version of the Bitmap2Material 3 application essentially uses the Substance player from Allegorithmic to open up a Substance file that has been designed to help us control how an input map will look when outputting a series of material channel types. For example, if we have the Substance player installed and ready to go, which we can get from Allegorithmic's website if we don't, we can simply click to open the .SPSAR file that is created on our hard drive whenever we install the Bitmap2Material 3 application. This typically being found at C:\Program Files\Allegorithmic\Bitmap2Material\3\Data Bitmap2Material_3-1.SPSAR This should open up Substance Player automatically, but if it doesn't, then we may need to select it as the default program for opening .SPSAR files on our system, or we could simply launch Substance Player first and then open the Substance via the file menu and the open command. On the right of the UI we should, by default, see 3 options…
