Molding a part

The first steps to actually resin casting a part is getting ready and setting up the material that we're going to be using. Now there's a lots of different materials you can resin cast depending on the characteristics of the material you'd like to actually end up with at the end of the day and you can take a look at some of the different manufacturers like BJB's website for some of that information. Once you've chosen the material you want to use you need to make sure you mix the two parts or three parts, on how many parts you're going to have in the material, in the right ratios. So, you need to be measuring out the right materials. If you're going to be adding a pigment or any other additive to that mixture, get those done. The next step here is going to be getting our mold ready to go. So, closing it out, getting the fill pours ready and move into that next step.
