- [Instructor] So we have a bitmap to material node in our Max scene and we have automatically hopped it up to a physical material that was then applied to our curtain geometry. What we want to do next then, is give the bitmap to material node an input image with which it can work. So as to produce a usable material for ourselves. After opening up the material editor and curtains tabs then, if they aren't already, let's add a bitmap node from the map browser to the work area. And then from the exercise files folder, jump into the substance files, b to m and btom_curtains.resources folders. After which, we want to select the agofoj-flower.png file. Now if you have come into this lesson straight from the previous exercise, then you will be able to instantly connect your new bitmap to the main input on the substance node. If not, then you will need to double-click to load up the substance parameters and then hit the reload button to be able to perform that same connection procedure. And…
