- [Instructor] The materials in this scene from Revit definitely need some fine tuning. They're not bad, but they're just generic placeholders, and so we have an opportunity here to really add a little pizzazz, put a little shine into things, and make it look, well, exactly like we want. Unless you've fine-tuned your materials in Revit, the ones that come in then are fairly generic placeholders that I've set. What I'll do is take a look at the curtain wall system and buff out that aluminum just a little bit. I'll press m to pull up my material editor and choose Edit and Clear View to clear out this view. We could make another view if we need or just pan over. Either way is fine. We're not losing the materials. Now you'll use the eyedropper to pick material from an object, and we can see we've got the Autodesk aluminum on here. It's actually aluminum as an Autodesk metal and it's set to a satin finish.
