- [Instructor] The Arnold renderer comes with some very powerful lights. Let's quickly explore some Arnold lights. Before I create any lights, I'm going to press eight on my keyboard and in the Environment and Effects menu, I'm going to remove any Environment maps by right-clicking and hitting clear and then setting the exposure control to ignore exposure control and then closing this down. Now I'm going to test the rendered test by pressing shift + q and this is scene without any lights. I will close this down and to create light I will go to the Create panel and in the Light parameter rollout I will quickly create the Sun Postioner. Now I'm trying to show you that you can use the Photometric Sun Postioner which is 3DS Max default light and it works perfectly fine with Arnold as well. So we'll set it up in this direction for now and probably this would go well and then in my camera view, I'm going to render this out and you will see that it creates a very good lighting set up.
