Camera rigging for linear motion
- In order to make animation easier, we'll often have to use what's called a rig. Now this can be jus a simple helper object or multiple objects that help you move a camera more efficiently so it animates easily. So here I have a simple scene and we've got our camera and it's kind of at an angle, so as we've seen before, if we were to animate a simple move like a truck or a dolly, it would still animate along world coordinates, and give us multiple animation curves, which will make it hard to actually adjust those curves. We can fix this by rigging the camera to a helper object. Now this will change how the camera moves from moving in world space to moving as a child of the helper object. Then this cold be used to make the animation curves a lot easier. So let's go ahead and create a helper object.
