Challenge: An exercise with a ball

(whooshing) - [Instructor] Okay, let's practice some timing. I've given you two balls, say, a big green bowling ball, and a smaller red ping pong ball. Now, what I'd like you to do is animate each one going up and down, and focusing on how they bounce and on how many times they will bounce off the ground. Don't worry about having the ball roll around or anything like that. Just focus on the timing as each one bounces off the ground, and how high and how many times they should bounce. And as you're doing this, ask yourself, how will the timing of the ping pong ball, the red one, be different than say, the much heavier, green bowling ball? Now, I recommend that before you begin this to do a little bit of study. If you have a tennis ball and a heavier ball, or if you have a bowling ball, try dropping them at the same time.
