Challenge: An exercise with a flour sack

(reverberating cymbals) - [Instructor] Okay, now that we've learned about the principals of appeal in solid drawing, et cetera. I'm going to give you an assignment. And, it's all going to be about posing, and making this character look great. First, I want you to make the floursack look very happy. He has just seen, maybe, the cutest baby on the planet. And, he is just so, so, excited. I want you to focus only on one frame. Don't move the camera, don't move the ground plane. Just focus on him. And, feel free to move him around a little bit. But, just one frame. Next, I want our floursack to be angry. What would he look like? And, what kind of relationships between all the lines, and the camera, can you use? Remember, focus only on one frame and on nothing else. This challenge should take you, say about, 15 to 20 minutes. Okay. Good luck.
