Creating animatics

- [Instructor] Once you have all of the storyboard panels in place, you can proceed onto what's called an animatic. And this takes the individual panels and times them in a nonlinear editor to create a video of stills that simulate your project. Now here I have our project, and I have a total of 10 shots, and I'm going to import those into a nonlinear editor. Now I've chosen Premiere, and we can simply sequence these on the timeline to create a simple video. So I'm going to go through a few of these, we're not going to go through the whole thing, but let's go ahead and just start bringing these into our timeline. Now I have them in my project window here, and I've already imported them. Now all we have to do is take these individual images and drag them onto the timeline.
