Creating keyframes in Set Key mode

- [Voiceover] The other way to create keyframe animation in 3ds Max is using Set Key mode. And that's a more manual operation. If you are coming over from another application, such as Maya, this will be more familiar to you. Auto Key generates keyframes on the current frame basically no matter what you do. Set Key only creates keyframes when you explicitly click a button to create a keyframe. Let's enable that. So, down here we've got some controls. First of all, we've got the Key Filters. This lets you choose what you are going to keyframe. Click on that, and we can choose to keyframe all properties of the selected object, or just certain transforms, or certain parameters, or so on. In this case, I only want to keyframe the position of my camera. I can turn the rest of this stuff off. And then when I click to create a key frame, only the position transforms will be recorded as keys. All right, close the Set Key Filters. We've also got this pull-down list that says "Selected".
