Creating motion previews
- [Instructor] Now as you start to create animation and move your cameras, you may want to create previews that you can use for reference. And these can be inserted into your animatic to build up a preview reel. Now here I have a simple scene that is doing a quick pan. And that's actually shot three in our project. And let's go ahead and create a preview. So we're going to go under Tools, Preview, Create Preview Animation. Now I'm going to use Active Time Segment. We want to make sure Geometry's turned on and percent of output, you want to make sure it's at a hundred percent. Then under Visual Style, I want to use Standard, Default Shading for Preference, and then for output we're going to select a file. I'm going to call it "Shot 03 Preview." And then I want to make sure that I use just a Codec that will work. So in this case, I'll just use Microsoft Video 1. Click OK, hit Save. And then we want to make sure that…
