Displacement mapping in V-Ray

- [George] Now let's go a little bit deeper, and create a more complex V-Ray material. I'm going to create this metal siding here and we're going to use a displacement map. So this material can be found in the multi material that's applied to this structure here, so easiest way to find this is to go into the compact material editor, and then if I eye dropper this, you can see that we have this material here in slot five. Now if I want to I can click and drag this into another material editor slot and just instance that, and that'll make it easier to edit. Now at the moment, this is a physical material. We want to use a V-Ray material, so the first thing we need to do is switch out the type of material and then rebuild it, now before I do that, let's just do a quick render here. Just to see what we have kind of out of the box here. So I'm actually going to zoom in to this corner here where the metal siding hits the other wall with the wood siding, and then let's just do a quick render…
