Displacement mapping a physical material

- [Speaker] Bump mapping is a lighting effect, Where as displacement mapping actually changes the shape of the geometry. And for these landing legs we'll apply a displacement map to the physical material. We can repurpose the plastic bump noise node that we made previously, that's connected to the enclosure and propeller bump maps. Let's get in a little bit closer there, dollying in with the mouse wheel, select plastic bump and hold down shift and drag out to make a duplicate and then use the middle mouse button and the wheel to navigate in. Connect this new noise node to the landing legs displacement map input, and then double click on that noise node and rename it metal displace. As we saw previously during the scene conversion, the physical material had some of its key map parameters disabled.
