Expose Substance parameters

- [Instructor] Now that we have the material the way that we want, we can export it and then bring it into 3ds Max, or we can go one step further and add some controls that will allow us to manipulate the material within Max or really any package that supports Substance. So if we want to do this, let's go ahead and see what we can expose here. So one of the ones is basically just the roughness of the surface, so if I double-click here on this normal node, you can see that the intensity of that normal is going to control how smooth or rough that surface is. So we can expose that to a 3ds Max user so that way they can dial in the roughness that they want. Now, we can do this very easily simply by clicking on this Function graph here and hitting Expose. Now when we expose something, we have to give it a name that can be referenced outside of Substance. And so in this case, I'm going to create a new name, and we'll just call this Cracks because, really, what we're doing is we're dialing…
