Free look cameras
- [Instructor] Cinemachine's Free Look camera allows you to follow an object but also retain some interactivity in the camera. And it's really good for situations where you need to follow an object but also have a little bit of interactivity. So here's one good example. We have this car in the scene. Now if I were to just press play, the car would essentially just drive off into the distance in our camera view. Now if wanted more interactivity, it would be a good idea to follow that car and allow us to see the car as well as look at the scenery. Now we can do that with the Free Look camera. So I have a main camera in the scene and I've already attached a Cinemachine Brain. Once we have that, we can create a Free Look camera. So I'm going to go into Cinemachine, Create Free Look Camera. And that just creates a virtual camera in the scene and it actually created it over here. So I'm going to go ahead and drag it up and wide. And it's facing the wrong way so let's go ahead under…
