Well, our online library has lots to offer in the way of lighting and rendering courses that will most certainly help us improve in those areas and we can easily find these using either the menu system or we can search using any one of a number of key words, such as rendering, lighting, materials and so on. On top of that, V-Ray users can also take advantage of Chaos Group's excellent support forums found at forums.chaosgroup.com. You will, of course, need to set up an account in order to access the information found there, but it is well worth the effort with forums being available for every flavor of V-Ray, not just V-Ray for 3ds Max.
