- [Instructor] Given that render engines are often utilized as virtual photography studios these days, it is fitting that V-Ray users can choose to take an extremely photographic approach to producing their rendered pictures if they're like The cool thing here, being that because the physical camera model that V-Ray uses it is very closely to the workings of a real world camera. Any familiarity that we have or gain with the controls of a real-world camera, be that film or digital can be a real help when it comes to working with either the 3dS Max or V-Ray physical camera controls. Inside our start scene, then we are currently making use of a standard 3dS Max perspective, viewport in order to view the scene that we are working with. And whilst this is a perfectly good way to model and create our scene layout in general it's not really the ideal tool when working with the final setup of lighting and materials.
