- [Instructor] Let's assume then that we're at the point in our projects where we need to decide which of the render elements available in V-Ray, we're going to want to use in our shot before we render those out for using After Effects or whichever compositing application we decide to use. Our first step, then will be to break down the scene we're working with and identify which elements we're going to want or need. Of course, if we're going to be passing these elements to a compositing artist, our team at the end of the rendering phase, then it is vital that we talk to those artists at this point and get their input on the elements that they will want. As it may well be that they have a fixed or possibly even automated pipeline that requires some very specific Render Elements to be passed to them.
