- [Instructor] V-Ray Cloud is a new, and obviously cloud based, that has been designed to help turn even the most humble of design and/or visualization operations, such as just a single freelancer, into a computing powerhouse. Offering us as it does, a way to render out our projects, both with speed and even whilst on the go if required. as all 3D platforms or applications that support V-Ray Its user interface is accessed via a web browser, is done from inside the host application, and is pretty simple and straight forward to set up. All that is required, is that we have a compatible version of V-Ray installed, such as V-Ray Next for 3ds Max, and that we have the V-Ray Cloud client application installed on our machine as well. Once a job has been submitted to the cloud, we can monitor its progress, queue up other jobs, and even change job settings and resubmit them, much of which can be done without even opening the scene, such as from our phone, tablet, or laptop.
