Separating environment from background

- An environment map generally provides scene lighting as well as a rendered backdrop or background. If we want to split the lighting from the background, we can use an OSPF cell map for that. It's called Environment Background Switcher. In this case, we'll use it to color correct the background without affecting the lighting. In this scene the lighting and background are coming from the same map. I've got active shade running. It's rented the results from the last movie. Let's make a clone of that rendered frame window for comparison later. And then minimize that. Now let's open up the material editor from its button on the main toolbar. And we want to create a background environments switcher node. And that'll be found over in the material map browser on the left hand side. Scroll down into maps, OSL environment.
