Set up render elements
- [Instructor] With our lighting in place, we can now move on to rendering the scene. Now if we wanted to, we could just render out the image as it is, but I'm going to use Render Elements to give myself a little bit more control when we bring the image into Photoshop. Now we're going to keep this fairly simple, but let's go into Render Setup and make sure that everything is set up properly. So the first thing we're going to do is make sure we're at the proper aspect ratio. So, 1920 by 1080 should be a good size as well as aspect. Let's hop to the V-Ray tab and under Frame Buffer we want to turn off V-Ray's built in frame buffer and use 3DS Max's and that will help when we do Render Elements. Now in the Render Elements tab we want to add in those elements we need. Now for the render itself, I'm going to keep it very simple. I'm just going to add in lighting and reflection.
