Tuning sampling quality

- [Instructor] The fidelity of an Arnold rendering is controlled through the sampling quality settings, in the render set up dialogue. Let's take a look at that. Open up render set up, and I want to do this as a production rendering, so I'll set the target over to production rendering mode. And go to the Arnold renderer tab. In the sampling and ray depth section we have the ability to control the global sample quality and for CPU rendering we have the ability to go into the various components of the rendering and change their sample quality settings as well. Let's do a rendering with default settings. We're going to get three camera samples, or three anti-aliasing samples. Click on the big render button, and that'll take a moment to render, but because these are pretty low settings it should only take a few seconds.
