- [Narrator] Something that we will want to keep in mind whilst working with substances in 3ds Max is the fact that we can, still, whilst using substance outputs to control out materials, make full use of a materials' existing functionality in order to enhance our scene still further. With two of our three materials in place then, let's add some tweaks in order to improve the overall look of the render that we are getting. Before making those, however, let's make sure that we have a base render of the scene in its' current state saved to the history list. Now one of the things that you may have noticed as we have been progressing, with our scene, is the fact that because we have been adding darker materials to the objects, than we started with, our exposure or lighting levels have been dropping a bit. So let's go ahead and add an exposure tweak here by selecting our camera, and then in the command panel, setting an iso value of about 900. If we render and compare now, we can see that…
