Using clipping planes

- [Instructor] There are times when other objects will get in the way of your camera, and to solve this, we can use what's called clipping planes. So let's take a look at that. So I'm going to switch over in our cameras to camera interior, and this actually isn't in the interior of the building yet, but we will change that, and let's go ahead, just make sure we select the camera. So we have this camera here in our Modify panel. So if we wanted to position this camera, let's say we wanted the long view of this room. Well, this wall is kind of getting in the way. Now, we can get rid of that by using what's called a clipping plane. So if I hop out to a four view, we can probably see this a little bit better in an orthographic, so I'm going to have my camera centered in my top and my left view. What we want to do is scroll down to the bottom, and under the Miscellaneous rollout, you'll have what's called clipping planes. So we…
