The V-Ray Disc light

- [Instrutor] The last operating mode of the V-Ray light available. In V-Ray Next is in fact the only one that can't be created directly from either the V-Ray toolbar or from the create menu. This being the Disc light. To add one to our scene, let's jump into the V-Ray light section, in the create tab on the command panel. Click the V-Ray light option, and then in the type drop down. Make the switch from plain to Disc. After which we an come to the top view port. And then left click and drag to draw out the radius of our circular light. Again let's keep this fairly small, and then use the align tool to place the light correctly in the scene. If we then fire up an IPR session, in the V-Ray frame of a window. We can see what we get from this light. Which is almost identical in look to our earlier, initial render with the plain light.
