From the course: Animating in 3ds Max: Constraints, Controllers, and Wire Parameters

Welcome

- [Brian] Hello there and welcome to our Animating in 3ds Max course. My name is Brian Bradley, and I'm really looking forward to working with you as we examine the constraint, controller, and wire parameter tools in Max, hopefully getting to understand the important role they can play in helping us create good-looking animated sequences. And, of course, we do need to bear in mind that animation can be created not just for use as a finished deliverable, but also as a tool for iterative design. Getting to understand how to use the rigging and animation tools in Max as quickly and efficiently as possible then can be a massive productivity and quality booster, which is where our hopefully extended look at these tool sets in 3ds Max will come in handy. If you are ready to get grips with using these tools in Max then, let's get going and dive right in.
