The render element parameters rollout
- [Instructor] Having looked at how to add render elements to the working list for our scene, what we want to do in this exercise is take a quick look at the parameter options found on either the lighting or global illumination elements that we have here. Simply because these same parameters can be found either in whole or in part on lots of the render elements that we will work with in V-Ray, something that can be confirmed by taking a look at the reduced but still familiar options found on the normals element. The first regularly recurring option that we can take a look at then V-Ray VFB, is a simple on/off toggle that determines whether or not this particular element will show up in the V-Ray frame buffers channels drop down. In fact, if we go ahead and take a quick render of our scene, you can see in the drop down that we currently have all three of our render elements showing up. If I uncheck the VFB option…
