Getting started with React
- Have you ever wanted to build a web application? Emerging technologies like ASP.NET Web API and JavaScript frameworks like React, make it easy to design and build single page applications. A Web API is a great framework for exposing your data and services. And React is a useful JavaScript framework for building highly interactive web applications. During this course, we will build this service layer with the ASP.NET Web API to expose the required components to create, read, update and delete entries. Then, we will build a rich UI using React with Bootstrap. As we dive in to React components, I'll teach you how to send a request to a Web API application using the JSX library. Also, we'll learn how to receive a response and even how to handle errors. We'll also take advantage of the React Redux library to implement Redux better and our React app. By the end of this course, we'll learn about authenticating users using Auth0.
