- [Presenter] There are other UI frameworks that use XAMIL as a markup language. I'm not gonna show those in detail in this movie because I have several full feature courses that will explain it in much more detail than I can cover in a five minute video. The two technologies I wanna look at are Silverlight and XAMERIN. Silverlight is an older technology. It's not quite as popular as it used to be. But we still have a course on it and it's one of the technologies that uses Xamarin. This is an eight hour course, you can see some of the topics listed on the side here, and there's a whole chapter here just on XAMIL. A newer Technology is Xamarin. Xamarin is a cross platform mobile application development suite and it works with Android and iOS and universal Windows applications. You can see some of those topics here.
