- [Voiceover] So now that we've got our main elements and our main structure all laid out it's time to think about transitions. Some of you may be noticing that this particular cadence happens over and over again. (synthesizer music) This is a fine cadence, it works really well, but we need to come up with variations on it, and we need to not use it quite so much. We need some other things that are going to keep things moving forward. Let me just fix this one. All right, there we go, nice and perfect. So, one of the things I really like to do is, for example, right here, we need something. (synthesizer music) It's kind of unceremonious how it continues, and I think that something really simple that doesn't add any rhythmic complexities is a good idea. So I'm just going to add another drum hit, along with this snare, whatever you want to call it. Right here, it'll be that guy.
