- [Voiceover] Finally, let's go back to our drums. Remember our intro which we created reordering the drum slices in our track here. (upbeat synthesized music) Remember, those are our midi slices that are playing from the original drum loop that we cut up and reordered. Remember we did that using Slice to New Midi Track and we got these drums. Now we're gonna go over and go to the last midi editing technique in this menu, Convert Drums to New Midi Track, and I'm gonna select that, by the way, that was again from our original audio drum loop, this clip here, and you can see that it's created a new software instrument track, a new midi track, with midi drums over here, and I'm gonna solo that and let's hear what that sounds like. (fast drums) You can see in Ableton Push 2, we have a sequence running, with those drums. Okay, so the biggest difference here is now we have midi, but it's loaded up for us a default kit.
