- [Josh] In the last video, we started looking at the new delay device, Echo, by going over the basic controls. Let's check out some of the advanced features, starting with the modulation section. Again, looking at this clip here on the first track, now I've got the settings we ended up with in the last video and lets continue on. So, we've got an eighth note delay on one side and a dotted eighth note on the other and we've already adjusted the feedback setting and the dry wet setting, added a little bit of reverb and also kind of over-driven the input a little bit. But one of the cool things that we did, was to use these two filters to color the delays so they are much darker and we can further work with that by going to the modulation tab that's here in the middle. Now, in this area you can choose a wave shape for the modulating oscillator or LFO and you can also choose whether you want to modulate the delay times or the filter frequencies.
