Editing rhythm and quantizing

- [Instructor] After recording a MIDI clip, it's likely that you'll want to edit or fix some aspect of the performance. Let's start by learning how to fix small and large rhythmic errors. Let's click this clip on the drums track so that it displays down here in the MIDI editor. Now, if on your setup this area is kind of scrunched up and small, remember that you can move your cursor to the line that divides the MIDI editor from Session View, and when you see that double arrow cursor shape, you can click and drag up or down to add that area. Now, editing MIDI starts with making a selection. So let's go through all the ways we can do that. To select a note, you can click it with your cursor, and if you want to add to that selection, you can hold down your shift key and click-select other notes. Now if you want to select noncontiguous notes that's okay, just continue to hold shift and click the notes that you want to add to the selection. You can select a group of notes by clicking in the…
