- [Instructor] Because audio applications work with a complex set of resources that include samples, audio files, and even video files, understanding file management in Ableton Live is very important, and if you take a look down at the bottom, you'll immediately notice that the status bar has this ugly orange color going across it, and that's a big warning to tell us that there's a problem with a set, and in this case, that there are media files that are missing. So let's go up to the file menu, and let's choose manage files. That opens up this process over here in the help view where you can go through and hopefully re-link any of the missing files. So I'm going to click on manage project, and that does a quick analysis, and it shows us anything that is missing from the set that's related to the library, or if a set is missing, and down here you'll notice that it says two files used by this project are missing.
