Group tracks
- [Instructor] With a DAW like Ableton Live, we're not limited by the number of tracks, so our projects and Sets can get big and difficult to manage. Let's take a look at how to group tracks together for both musical and organizational purposes. I'll start by selecting this Pulse-Bass track and then Shift-Clicking the nameplate on the bridge bass track, so all four tracks are selected. Then all you need to do is Right-click and choose Group Tracks from the Contextual menu. When you do that, you'll notice that there's now an extra track, and the four tracks that we grouped are all contained within this little banner that goes across the top to show that these four tracks are actually part of this group. Now, let's go ahead and re-name that. So, I'll select the track name plate. I'll go Command-R; that will be Control-R on a PC. I'll call this one my Basses group. Then, we can do the same thing over here with the guitars. Let's select those three tracks. This time, I'll do this by key…
