Working with groups

- [Instructor] Another feature that can be really helpful is working with groups. Groups can help save CPU power because you can use groups to process multiple tracks with a single effect, rather than putting an effect on each track. It also helps you keep things organized. And I'll show you how this works. So, picking up where we left off here. I'm just going to play this track. (electronic music) So, let's say for the purpose of this demonstration that I want to process that kind of pad sound and the bass in a similar way. Maybe I want to EQ them in a similar fashion. So all I have to do is select the tracks by shift clicking. So, select both. And then if I hit Command + G you can see that I've now grouped both of these tracks. And you can see that on the right hand side. The two tracks are kind of nestled under this group and it's created the group here. I'm just going to rename it. So, bass and pad. So now we also have a track for this group. And if I go ahead and I'm just going…
